2. Each builder is financially solvent. They’ve survived a minimum of 2 recessions – some of them upwards of 5 recessions
3. Excellent customer referrals over their career lifetime is mandatory. No history of abusing clients or being careless/reckless
4. They have excellent Realtor relations. We want the Realtor community supported and clients represented
5. Good people... Period. They’re not grumpy, tired, frustrated or over-worked individuals
